Steve came to Carnegie Learning in 2007, after 15 years at Intel Corp. in a variety of roles. He performed circuit design, simulation, test, silicon debug and yield analysis on Intel’s world leading microprocessors. Later he was a product and product line manager for customer facing B2B applications and lab services to enable customers to design systems based on Intel product suites. Since joining Carnegie Learning, Steve has managed end-to-end software product development, from specification and design through implementation, quality assurance and deployment. In that time, the development team has extended the feature set and content in the software products to enter the middle school and higher education markets, and executed a complete platform and technology transition. Steve enjoyed Calculus and beyond, and was glad to get to apply mathematics in engineering jobs, even before joining a math company.
