Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary:
This position serves as a key member on a collaborative team and helps executes sales campaigns by qualifying leads, closing sales and providing sales support as needed. A primary contact for prospects and customers, this position is an instrumental team member working collaboratively to meet sales targets and annual revenue goals. Candidates must demonstrate a strong ability to work collaboratively, have good communication and organizational skills and have the ability to prioritize and be flexible in day-to-day responsibilities, which include
- Gathering and distributing information from prospects
- Product introduction and demonstration
- Routing initial information requests
- Providing support to sales campaigns
- Responding to new and current customer requests
- Explaining product offering features and benefits
- Maintaining a detailed database of customer inquiries and follow-up status
- Work both independently and as part of a team to uncover new opportunities and increase account and market share
- Delivering professional and effective proposals
- Work with customers, potential customers and their regional team in all facets of the sales and implementation process for Company products.
- Closing sales through the use of the following methods; internet leads, marketing campaigns, direct inbound calls, cold call prospecting and up selling current customers
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, organization and teamwork skills
- Previous tele-sales or Inside Sales experience
- Bachelors degree
- Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, Outlook
- At least one year of sales or customer service experience
- Proficient in MS suite of products
