Manager of School Partnerships - Midwest
Carnegie Learning's Managers of School Partnerships (MSP) focus on providing Professional Development services and support to existing and potential customers to a to help ensure successful implementation and assist in aligning teaching to learning.
Responsibilities
In this high-visibility position, our MSPs will work with all levels of client personnel including teachers and administrators to:
- Provide pre-sales support to potential customers
- Conduct initial implementation trainings on all products
- Monitor the implementation process, ensure satisfaction and proper implementation
- Conduct site visits with a focus on supporting the continued use of our products
- Provide phone and email support
- Record customer communications and site visits
- Communicate customer feedback to corporate headquarters
- Design and conduct ongoing professional development workshops with emphasis on specific teacher needs
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in education
- Previous middle or high school mathematics teaching experience (preferably with Carnegie Learning material or other standard-based materials)
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Passion about the overall improvement of mathematics instruction.
