Customer Support Specialist
Our Customer Support Department provides end-user support for our suite of technology-based curriculum. This highly visible position is critically important to assure customers satisfaction and on-going customer relationships.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- B.S. in mathematics or math education is preferred.
- Ability to handle all support requests in a timely and friendly manner.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Patient and friendly demeanor required.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Macintosh operating systems preferred.
- A minimum of one year in a Customer Support environment preferred.
