Customer Support Specialist

Our Customer Support Department provides end-user support for our suite of technology-based curriculum.  This highly visible position is critically important to assure customers satisfaction and on-going customer relationships. 

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • B.S. in mathematics or math education is preferred.
  • Ability to handle all support requests in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Patient and friendly demeanor required.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Macintosh operating systems preferred.
  • A minimum of one year in a Customer Support environment preferred.
