Director, Human Resources

We are looking for a bright, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial individual to become our Director, Human Resources.   Reporting to the CEO, this hands-on position will be responsible for leading all aspect of Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Serving as key advisor to the Executive Team in designing a national organization of talent and human relations strategies to further the success of the company.
  • Identifying, recruiting and hiring outstanding candidates who fit with a fast-paced environment.
  • Helping build a scalable company culture with emphasis on customer focus, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Executing strategies and plans in keeping with fast-paced company growth goals specific to recruiting, retention and creating diversity value.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable HR laws and regulations.
  • Overseeing organizational development, employee relations and communications, compensation and benefits policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree. HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or GPHR) a plus.
  • 7+ years of demonstrated progressive experience in human resources.
  • Strong experience in technology-based companies and a great track record of technical recruiting.
  • “Hands-on” management style.
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) at any organizational level supported by a strong personal commitment to achieve.
  • Team-oriented and adaptable personality that thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
