EFFICACY
Research-driven design, exceptional outcomes
Clear Math Elementary evolved from a central question: What if we designed math instruction to work with how children naturally learn—honoring their innate curiosity and problem-solving abilities instead of fighting against them?
To find the answer, Education Development Center (EDC), a research organization specializing in learning science, spent four years studying diverse classrooms and created Think Math!
Clear Math Elementary builds on this proven foundation. The results speak for themselves: in a 2004-2006 research study, students gained 4.9 months of additional learning per year, exceeding national expectations by up to 41%.

QUALITY
We're perfectly green
EdReports.org evaluated Clear Math Elementary in 2025 and gave us perfect scores in all three gateways (Focus and Coherence, Rigor and Mathematical Practices, and Teacher and Student Supports). In curriculum evaluation, all-green scores are the gold standard—and we just went three-for-three.
Efficacy
Radical growth, undeniable results
Lenses on Literature evolved out of a central question: How can we design instruction from the assumption that every student can read, think, and write creatively and confidently using complex, grade-level tasks and texts?
To find the answer, educators and experts across 40+ states joined to form the Literacy Design Collaborative (LDC) and prove this is possible for all students.
LDC found that students using the Lenses instructional model gained, on average, 4-9 months of additional learning in one school year.
IMPACT
Play-Powered Achievement
Springfield Public Schools District 186 saw MAP math scores climb for the first time in years after implementing Clear Math Elementary. Principal Serita Lott reported growth across all grade levels, with some showing significant jumps. The secret? Students were so engaged that they chose MATHia Adventure during free time, while teachers loved how the program balanced hands-on play with deep understanding. When students genuinely enjoy learning math, achievement follows.

Don't just take it from us
Now that we've worked a whole year with Clear Math Elementary, their academic discourse is through the roof, and they aren't afraid to use that language.
Now that we've worked a whole year with ClearMath Elementary, their academic discourse is through the roof, and they aren't afraid to use that language.
With ClearMath Elementary, I see my daughter really enjoying math and making huge gains not only in her understanding and knowledge of the math concepts, but also in her confidence.
At the beginning of the year, only the smart kids who knew the answers would raise their hand. But now, since our teacher has taught us almost everything in math, most of the people are raising their hands now.
