Traci Phillips-Roach is a Lead Manager of School Partnerships for Carnegie Learning who has worked in education for 13 years. She has a B.S. in Mathematics, a M.A in Educational Leadership and is currently working on her Doctorate in Educational Leadership with a minor in Curriculum and Instruction. She is a former middle and high school mathematics teacher and has been an assistant principal of curriculum and instruction as well as a high school principal in WV. Additionally, she co-wrote and served as project manager of two separate USDOE Math and Science Partnership grants. Traci worked with the WVDE to develop instructional guides and lesson plans and served on the initial planning committee for the first Teacher Leadership Institute. She has extensive experience in professional development, having modeled and co-taught student centered classroom instruction and assisted teachers in development of RTI plans in mathematics through her work as professional development coordinator of mathematics at the district level.
