Letter to Parents

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Over the past few weeks, life as we know it changed all over the world. Virtually everyone has been impacted by the outbreak of COVID-19, and we are all trying to find new ways to adapt to the evolving situation.

One shift that we are dealing with is the sudden transition to learning at home. You as parents are now playing a huge role in your child’s education—no doubt more than you ever expected to play.

Your child’s teachers are working hard right now to ensure that students continue to have authentic learning experiences, and so are we. At Carnegie Learning, we are working around the clock to offer free resources to families and schools that will give you the support you need to ensure that learning continues in this new environment.

Like you, we want what’s best for your child. With that in mind, we’d like to offer the following tips for the transition ahead:

We would also like to offer our support by providing free access to MATHia@Home. MATHia, our 1:1 math learning software, is typically used in schools, but we have worked to make it available to families for at-home independent learning during this time.

MATHia@Home is specifically designed to cover all of the important mathematical topics your student needs to learn this year in just 20-30 minutes a day. Sign up here for instant access: https://discover.carnegielearning.com/MATHiaHome.html.

We’re all in this together. We’re all figuring this out as we go. We promise you that we will continue to do what we can to support you, so that you can continue to keep your kids engaged, learning, and safe.

From all of us at Carnegie Learning
