Adding a Co-Teacher in Teacher’s Toolkit (2023-2024)

Teacher's Toolkit allows for the addition of a co-teacher. You may add or remove multiple co-teachers if necessary. Co-teachers will have the same functionality as the primary teacher.

Please Note: If your district manages your classes using roster integration like Clever or Classlink, co-teachers will need to be assigned through your district. Manually adding a co-teacher will be undone when your data is synced.

1. Select your class in Teacher’s Toolkit.
   
   

2. Click on the Overview Tab.
   
   

3. Click Edit.
   
   

4. Move your cursor to the Instructor field. Hold the control key to select multiple instructors. (On a Mac, hold the Command key.)
   
   

5. Once the correct instructors are highlighted, click save.
   
   

6. Return to the Classes list by clicking on the waffle menu in the top right corner of your screen.
   
   

7. When you return to the Classes list, your class will now show “multiple instructors.”
