Anita Sprayberry: Head of Sales
Anita Sprayberry, current Head of Sales at Carnegie Learning, has spent over thirty years as a high school mathematics teacher, school improvement specialist, and mathematics consultant. She has dedicated her professional life to working in collaboration with school and district leaders to reimagine and redesign learning opportunities to benefit students of all levels. In her current role as Head of Sales, Anita spends her time working closely with the Sales team to develop and manage strategic accounts and sales operations. With her team at Carnegie Learning, Anita strives to work with K–12 partners to develop a culture of collaboration and learning that supports students, teachers, schools, and districts.

Chris Bolyard: Texas Regional Vice President of Sales
Chris Bolyard is a veteran educator and native Texan. He served in many teaching and administrative roles in Pasadena ISD before moving into educational sales. Chris is passionate about helping schools and districts find the right curriculum solutions to meet the ever-changing needs of the student body.
He lives in the Houston area with his wife, four daughters, and 3 dogs. He services districts in Regions 1, 2, 3, 4,and 5.

Sharon Roth: Senior Account Executive
Sharon Roth serves districts in Regions 6, 7,8,9,10,11,and 14 and lives in the Dallas area. Sharon has been partnering with districts in TX for more than 25 years and started her education career out in Garland ISD, teaching in the gift and talented program. Her experience spans in education consulting from core, to supplemental and intervention, assessment, adoptions and so much more.

Debra Mayfield: Account Executive
Debra Mayfield is a life-long resident and educator from San Antonio, Texas. Debra was a teacher, principal, and district administrator in Harlandale ISD on the southside of San Antonio and is always proud to say, "I am a Southsider." Since 2005, Debra has worked in the instructional technology/publication field. Her goal in moving to this field was to effect more change in instruction across the state of Texas and the United States. She has worked in professional development/implementation and sales for several companies and now Carnegie Learning. She still lives in San Antonio with her husband of 30+ years and has two daughters that are also in education. In addition to her human family, Debra also has three dogs and 1 cat. Of course, they are just as much family as her husband and daughters. In her spare time. Debra loves to travel, go to the theater for plays and musicals and see movies.

Aron Rooze: Account Manager
Aron joined Carnegie Learning in May of 2022 as an Account Manager. Prior to Carnegie, he worked in educational sales with Great Minds and as a STEM Coach and Program Developer with Science of Sport after earning his Master’s in Education Studies in 2012. He currently lives in Ann Arbor, MI with his wife of 18 years, his lovely daughter and funny son. Aron is an avid sports fan and proud dad!
