Summer Maintenance for Teacher’s Toolkit
To prepare for the upcoming 2020-21 school year, Carnegie Learning will clean up Teacher's Toolkit for all returning schools on July 6th, 2020 unless other arrangements are made. If the planned cleanup date of July 6th is not suitable for your school/district, please use this form to reschedule your cleanup. The available dates are July 17th, July 31st, August 14th and August 28th.
All existing student and class data will be removed. Teacher accounts will be preserved. We will preserve as many custom modules as possible, while introducing newly available content for increased standards coverage and adjusting organization for enhanced usability with the textbook. If you have custom data requests, please contact Customer Support.
The Teacher's Toolkit application is designed to manage students and classes within a single school year. This yearly maintenance addresses usability and privacy concerns that may result from accumulated student data.
WHAT SHOULD TEACHERS AND ADMINISTRATORS DO?
Before the Teacher's Toolkit clean up, it is recommended that teachers run the Standards Report and Progress Report for each class. Click here for instructions on downloading the Standards Report and click here for instructions on downloading the Progress Report.
It is also recommended that Administrators run Leadership Reports for their school/district. Click here for detailed information on the Leadership Reports Export.
Additionally, class sequences will not be retained. Therefore, teachers and administrators should take note of any specific class sequences they want to recreate for the upcoming school year.
