How to Use the Digital Highlighter

In this article, we cover the basics of using interactive tools in the Digital Interactive Lesson Materials for the Carnegie Learning Texas Math Solution.

Interactive tools are located in the top right corner of the digital interactive lesson materials.
 

Click on the font image to select options to change the font size or bold the font.

Click on the highlight image to be able to highlight content as you work in the workspace.

After turning on the Highlights and Notes feature, use your cursor to select the text you wish to highlight. You are able to underline, add a textbox around the highlighted text, and annotate by clicking the features in the pop-up box.
 

1. Click on the text and select the highlighter image to highlight the text.

2. Click on the text and select the underline image to underline the text.

3. Click on the text and select the textbox image to box in the text.
    

4. Click on the text and select the annotated image to add notes.
    

5. Click on the text and select the trash can image to delete highlighting, underinling, boxing in, or annotating that you’ve added.
