If you've previously used Globaloria, we've got some great updates for you! Proto is everything you love about Globaloria combined with Carnegie Learning's research-proven technology to bring you and your students an even better learning experience.
Note: You can still log into the Globaloria SLP until October 2018 to view your previous classes and download student projects. Make sure you download them before the end of October.
This initial release includes the following courses: Essentials of Coding (101) – English, Essentials of Game Design (102), Intro to Computer Science: Web Design (201a), Intro to Computer Science: Game Design (201b), Game Design & Coding: Hidden Object Game (202a), Game Design & Coding: Action Game (202b), Mobile App Design & Coding: Side-Scrolling Game (203) and Teamwork CS: Game Development in Teams (301).
The following courses will be available by the end of September: Game Inventor (100), Essentials of Coding (101) – Spanish and ELL, and 3D Game Design and Coding: Adventure Game (302).
Don’t worry, the Globeys will be back in October! If you have students who want to submit an existing project, make sure they download and save their projects from the Globaloria SLP by October 2018.
