PITTSBURGH, PAMarch 23, 2026Carnegie Learning, a global leader in AI-driven technology, curriculum, and professional learning solutions for K-12 education, today announced that its math, literacy, high-impact tutoring, and professional learning solutions are eligible uses under Pennsylvania's Ready to Learn (RTL) Block Grant, giving districts a clear path to fund evidence-based instruction existing state dollars.

The RTL Block Grant distributes formula-based funding to every Pennsylvania school district and qualifying charter school. In 2025–26, the program totals $1.38 billion statewide. Allowable uses include instructional materials, math and literacy programs, tutoring, and professional learning, which are all areas where Carnegie Learning offers high quality research- and efficacy-backed solutions.

Professional Learning – Evidence-based training, workshops, and coaching help educators strengthen instructional practices and effectively implement curriculum through customized, ongoing support for teachers and school leaders.
